David came out this morning. Not only was he on time, he was early.

After looking at my living area and TV and evaluating the current situation, he asked for the remotes and said he wanted to check the "audio settings" first. He mentioned that sometimes it's as easy as changing some settings.

Sure enough, he changed ONE setting on my controls and my sound problem was fixed. With that, we shook hands and he left - problem solved. No sales pitch or unnecessary self-promotion.

No other person who came to review this situation mentioned that.

I can tell you this is a man of knowledge and integrity and, should I need anything in this area, I would hire him without hesitation.
